The library has an HP DesignJet Z9+ Large Format PostScript Photo Printer - 44", with Spectrophotometer. The printer will print up to size 44" wide and a variety of lengths. Media formats include paper, canvas, banner material, and removable adhesive canvas. Schedule an appointment with a librarian through the library's reservation system. There is a 24-hour turn around for most print projects. Requests submitted after print studio hours will be processed the following business day (i.e. if you submit a job at 9:00 pm on Friday, the 24-hour window begins at 9:00 am on Monday morning, with an expected due date of Tuesday). If you need a project done more quickly, please see a librarian for print availability.
The poster printer is available for all students, faculty, and staff.
Faculty, students, and staff will receive 1 free print per semester for designated academic use. This includes academic conferences, on or off campus, and Celebrating Student/Faculty Scholarship days.
Departments and student organizations will be allocated 1 free paper poster up to 18" x 24" in size.
Payments must be made before the print process begins. We accept cash, check, department budget, or card as forms of payment. If using a card, you must pay in the business office and then bring the receipt to the Library. Papercut may not be used for the large format printer.
